Who can apply
You can apply if your organisation is a:
- funder
- not-for-profit company
- company and registered charity
- charitable incorporated organisation (CIO)
- community interest company (CIC)
- school (as long as your project benefits and involves the communities around the school)
- public body (like local authorities, town, parish or community councils)
- community benefit society (registered with the Financial Conduct Authority)
- co-operative society (registered with the Financial Conduct Authority)
Board or committee member requirements
To apply, your organisation must have at least 2 board or committee members who are not related. If you’re a company, you must have at least 2 directors who are not related.
We consider people to be related if they are:
- married or in a civil partnership
- in a long-term relationship
- related by blood or through a partner
- living at the same address
If you’ve had funding from #iwill Fund before
It’s ok to apply for this funding if you got funding from the first strand of #iwill Fund 2025. But your application for strand 2:
- cannot duplicate or match fund what we’re funding you to do under strand 1
- must fit the criteria for this strand listed in ‘What we fund’
