Kate Beggs MBE
Kate Beggs leads The National Lottery Community Fund in NI, driving funding and community impact. She was awarded an MBE in 2025 for public service.
Phil Chamberlain
Phil leads strategy, partnerships and engagement for England at the Fund, with deep experience in public policy, education and community impact.
Emma Corrigan
Emma leads programmes and operations in England, with more than 20 years in grant making and a passion for wellbeing, transparency, and community impact.
Mel Eaglesfield
Mel leads UK-wide funding strategy and innovation at the Fund, with more than 18 years’ experience and a focus on climate action, impact and communications.
Liz Church
Liz leads People and Culture at the Fund, driven by a passion for building inclusive, impactful organisations that strengthen communities.
Stuart Fisher
