Terms and conditions for using our logo
Our logo includes The National Lottery crossed fingers and the words "Community Fund".
The crossed fingers part is a trade mark owned by the Gambling Commission. We use it with permission from the Gambling Commission and Allwyn Entertainment Limited (Allwyn), who operate The National Lottery.
Permission to use our logo
You can use our logo following our logo requirements to promote your National Lottery funded project. This permission only applies to your funded project. You cannot share this permission with another person, organisation or project.
When your project ends, you must not use our logo for any new material or in a way that suggests we’re still funding your work.
You can use our logo to show that we funded your project in the past.
Ending your permission to use our logo
We can end your permission to use our logo at any time and for any reason.
This might happen if:
- Allwyn or the Gambling Commission ends our permission to use the logo
- you do not follow our logo requirements
- your National Lottery funding is withdrawn, suspended or ended
If your permission ends, you must stop using our logo immediately.
Sharing your details
We might have to share your details with Allwyn and the Gambling Commission. This might happen to check our logo is being used correctly or to promote projects we've funded.
If we need to share your details, we will always follow data protection rules.
