Welcome to our new website. You may still see some pages from our old site as we move things over.

Terms and conditions for using our logo

Our logo consists of the National Lottery crossed fingers and the words “Community Fund”. The Gambling Commission owns the trade mark for the crossed fingers part which we use with both their permission and that of Allwyn Entertainment Limited (“Allwyn”), who operate the National Lottery.

You have permission to use our logo to promote your National Lottery funded project. This permission applies to your project only. You cannot pass this permission on to another person, organisation or project.

This permission will end automatically once the project is no longer live. You should not carry on using our logo.

We have the right to end your permission to use our logo at any time and for any reason.

This might happen if:

  • Allwyn or the Gambling Commission ends our permission to use it
  • you do not comply with our guidelines
  • your National Lottery funding is withdrawn, suspended or terminated

When this permission ends, you must stop using the logo immediately.

We might have to share your details with Allwyn and the Gambling Commission but this will always be done in accordance with data protection rules.

If you have any questions about promoting your project email our brand team: branding@tnlcommunityfund.org.uk
