This funding aims to help communities across the UK to address climate change. We’re looking for projects that focus on the link between nature and climate.

Funding for communities in Scotland to run projects that help people connect. We support work that’s open, inclusive and community-led
Community Power
Community Power will fund partners to deliver activities in and with communities to increase their agency, power and control. This can be new or existing work.
Empowering Young People
Empowering Young People aimed to help young people get the skills they need for their future, have better relationships with their networks and communities and improve well-being.
Fairer Life Chances
Funding for projects that support children, young people and families, or help people be healthier with better access to support
Million Hours Fund (2023 to 2026)
This funding is for organisations to give extra support to young people in areas where they may be at risk of anti-social behaviour.
Partnerships
We fund partnerships because organisations working together can often make bigger changes in communities than they could on their own.
People and Communities
People and Communities aimed to help people in Northern Ireland make changes to improve their lives, and help communities build on their strengths and share things they’ve learned

We fund projects in Wales that are accessible, community-led, and focused on the issues that matter most to local people.
