From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, we supported communities to help children and young people thrive by allocating £208.3 million in funding.
Grants that focused on this mission and ended in 2024 and 2025 supported over 1.1 million children and young people across the UK.

What grants achieved
Our grants supported this mission by helping:
young people form trusted relationships with adults (23%)
children and young people build essential social and emotional skills (20%)
young people to thrive as they transition into adulthood (11%)
babies and young children to have a good start in life (7%)
A project we funded – Home-Start Wrexham
Home-Start Wrexham helps local families who face pressure and struggle to access help. Our funding helped them work with families to:
