Funding programmes
Healthy Communities Together
The programme aims to empower voluntary and community sector organisations to work with the local health and care sector to boost the health and wellbeing of their communities.
Meithrin Natur
Funding to improve children and their caregivers’ health and wellbeing in Wales. We're looking for projects that do this by helping them connect with the natural environment.
Million Hours Fund (2023 to 2026)
This funding is for organisations to give extra support to young people in areas where they may be at risk of anti-social behaviour.
Partnerships
We fund partnerships because organisations working together can often make bigger changes in communities than they could on their own.
Supporting Change - Carers
This funding is for projects that will reduce health inequalities for unpaid carers, through systems change.
Sustainable Community Buildings
This funding is to support communities to be environmentally sustainable.
Sustainable Steps Wales - Green Careers
This programme helped young people (aged between 16 and 30) in Wales into green careers.
You Decide
We want to directly involve communities in how we work and give out funding. We’ll dedicate at least 5% of our £500 million funding for England each year to You Decide.
Support for Meithrin Natur grant holders
We’re looking for an organisation or partnership to support projects in Wales that are funded by Meithrin Natur.
#iwill Fund 2025 - strand 1
This funding is for projects that help young people in England take part in place-based youth social action.
