Through a person-centred approach, the project will provide job coaching for young people to enter supported paid placements and help them to build independent travel skills for work. Additionally, volunteering opportunities will be offered to enhance their employability.

The project plans to engage with employers in the green sector to develop their awareness of inclusive employment and disability support, aiming for at least half of these employers to achieve Disability Confident status. Regular sharing of learning through data and reports will help influence policy and practice.

This will be based in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and Powys.

The project will raise awareness of green careers among young people, ensure employers are equipped to support diverse talent, and share insights to influence policy and practice.
