Keen2bGreen CIC is using a £20,000 grant over one year to buy equipment for and run a programme of activities in their community growing space including mediative crafting, supper clubs and food workshops using food grown on site. The project will bring people together to learn new skills and enjoy nature. 

Lisburn Cathedral Scouts

Lisburn Cathedral Scouts is using a £17,521 grant over two years to buy equipment and run a programme of activities including games and crafts for local young people. The project will support personal development, increase confidence and help young people build new relationships. 

LCC Community Trust

LCC Community Trust, based in Lisburn, is using a £20,000 grant over one year to run a foodbank to support local people by providing food and household items. The project will reduce financial pressures and improve wellbeing. 

Lisburn Downtown Centre

Lisburn Downtown Centre is using a £20,000 grant over two years to run twice weekly drop-in sessions for local people. The project will offer practical help, emotional support and signpost essential services to reduce loneliness and isolation. 

Storehouse Trust

Storehouse Trust, based in Carryduff, is using a £10,000 grant over one year to run a foodbank to support local people by providing food and household items. The project will reduce financial pressures and improve wellbeing. 

Synergy Community Hub Ltd

Synergy Community Hub Ltd, based in Hillsborough, is using a £20,000 grant over one year to provide an accessible community space in Lisburn City Centre and run a programme of activities tailored to meet the needs of adults living with physical disabilities and long-term illnesses. The project will bring people together to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing. 

The Garden Friend

The Garden Friend, based in Hillsborough, is using an £18,520 grant over one year to create a gardening space where local people can connect with nature and their community to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
