A Safe Space to Be Me, based in Crumlin, is using a £20,000 grant over two years to create a digital system integrated into their website to manage referrals, case notes and reporting. The project will improve efficiency and help the community to access support.

All About Us - Asd Teens

All About Us - ASD Teens, based in Antrim, is using £20,000 over six months to run a programme of activities including weekly youth groups, life skills workshops and support sessions for young people with autism and special needs. The project will bring people together to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.

InterAct Stroke Support

InterAct Stroke Support is using a £13,986 grant over two years to run a reading service in the stroke rehabilitation unit at Whiteabbey Hospital. The project will stimulate patient’s memory and language recall and build their confidence in communication skills.

Listening Ear

Listening Ear, based in Rathcoole, is using a £20,000 grant over two years to run monthly Lego therapy sessions for children with autism and open a community fridge. The project will support the local community by improving wellbeing through access to nutritional food and bringing people together.

National Autistic Society

National Autistic Society is using a £19,996 grant over one year to buy equipment for activity and sensory rooms in their new Randalstown Centre which will provide day services for autistic adults and their families. The project will support autistic people and their families to improve their wellbeing and access respite.

Newtownabbey Men's Shed

Newtownabbey Men’s Shed is using a £20,000 grant over one year to run a programme of activities and workshops to bring local men together to socialise and learn new skills.

Rock of Fire Centre

Rock of Fire Centre, based in Antrim, is using a £9,500 grant to run a One World Many Cultures community event with performances, workshops and storytelling from around the world. The project will bring local people together to build community pride and learn about other cultures.
