The funding has helped around 12,000 schools across the UK. They are engaged in a variety of activities including drama, dance, mentoring schemes, volunteering opportunities.
Out of School Hours Learning - School Sports Co-ordinators
The aim of the programme was to resource activities that promote effective links between sport and learning which aim to motivate pupils or build their self-esteem.

This funding was made available across the UK to fund summer school places for an extra 250,000 pupils.
