Who cannot apply
You cannot apply if you have a current grant
We will not accept your application if:
- your organisation has a current grant from National Lottery Awards for All that has not finished
- you’re waiting for a decision on another application to this programme
- you’re applying to more than one of our programmes for the same project
You’ll need to wait until your current grant is complete, or you’ve had a decision on your other application.
You can apply again if your previous project has ended. This means it must have reached the agreed end date and your organisation has received less than £20,000 in total from this programme in the last 12 months. The maximum total we can fund in any 12-month period is £20,000.
Organisations we do not fund
We do not accept applications from:
- individuals or sole traders
- organisations based outside the UK
- companies that pay profits to directors, shareholders or members, including companies limited by shares, rather than reinvesting them for charitable purposes
- organisations applying on behalf of another organisation
Applications from private businesses or consultants
We do not accept applications written for you by private businesses, bid writers or consultants. Be wary of anyone who says they’re working on our behalf or are a preferred supplier — they’re not.
If you’re unsure about anything in the application, contact us. We’re happy to help.
