Introduction
This interim evaluation examines what the Million Hours Fund (MHF) has achieved in its first 11 months, focusing on youth work delivered in areas with high levels of antisocial behaviour.
It understands early progress, delivery quality, and new results from funded activity.

Findings
The interim evaluation found that the Million Hours Fund:
had delivered at least 899,227 hours of additional youth activities in antisocial behaviour’ hot spots’ at time of reporting
improved young people’s emotional wellbeing and confidence, enabled staff and volunteers to build trusted relationships with young people and respond to local need
highlighted challenges around workforce capacity, demand management, and securing suitable spaces for delivery
