Introduction
This research evaluates the Emergency Active Neighbourhoods Fund. The fund supported community organisations during the COVID-19 pandemic. It aimed to help people most affected by the crisis. The evaluation was carried out to understand what worked and to inform future funding and policy decisions.
Methodology
The research used a mixed-methods approach. It used surveys, interviews, and grant-monitoring data from funded organisations. The research took place while the programme was running in 2020. It aimed to understand both the results achieved and what organisations learned from delivering the work.
