The funding will be used to continue to provide advice support and mental health counselling to asylum seekers and refugees at high risk of depression due to loneliness poverty and unemployment and to raise awareness of the impact immigration-related issues have on mental health and wellbeing. The project aims to combat isolation improve overall health and wellbeing and build relationships within the community to enable peer support.
