The funding will be used to employ a part-time Community Care Coordinator and a Mental Health Mentor for 6 months. This will allow the group to provide social care support and domiciliary care for vulnerable adults in Gateshead including people with learning disabilities. This aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
