The funding will deliver intensive support and mentoring to 20 vulnerable people living in houses of multiple occupancy which may include former homeless people or care leavers. The project will focus on those who typically fall through the gaps in terms of support and aims to provide a range of holistic intervention to enable them to thrive in terms of independent living.
