The project will use the funding to deliver 20 community sessions for clinically extremely vulnerable people including those with disabilities also people from BAME communities older people and those from low income backgrounds. The sessions will include food community gardening art skills and light exercise sessions for participants with the aim to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
