The funding will be used to allow the group to develop a new 'mini-forest' area that will be used by children ages 2-5 years old. The funding will also be used to train three volunteers to lead future sessions and to purchase outdoor clothing and footwear for families who cant afford to purchase their own. The project aims to improve young children's mental health and wellbeing following lockdowns.
