The funding will be used to provide support and intervention to elderly members of the Irish community in Bexleyheath Greenwich Lewisham Bromley and Kent. The groups supports those who are still shielding vulnerable and in fear of accessing services within the community as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. The project aims to reduce isolation and loneliness.
