The funding will be used to run a 'Plot-to-Plate ecotherapy programme that uses food growing as a natural way to support people whose anxiety and/or depression has been exacerbated by social isolation during the pandemic. The project aims to offer participants an invaluable stepping-stone back into the community after a period of mental ill-health or social isolation giving them the time they need to recover at a natural pace.
