The funding will be used to deliver capacity building training to build resilience of grass-roots organisations particularly those led by or working for migrants and refugees in the West Midlands. The project aims to identify good practices through which sustainability of grass-roots organisations can be secured. This will be through training particularly on issues of mobilising community resource organisational management and development accessing funding recruiting trustees and volunteers conflict resolution preparation and implementation of work plans and building partnerships within their sector as well as with public and private sector institutions.
