The funding will be used to increase the groups stock of self-help resources such as books and CDs for local residents to borrow and to deliver a range of webinars to help people improve their mental health. The project also aims to run face to face and online group work so individuals can come together and share what they have learned about improving their wellbeing and to help support peers.
