The funding will be used to deliver online wellbeing programmes for Syrian refugee women living mainly in the East Midlands. The project aims to diminish isolation improve and maintain physical and mental wellbeing build confidence and self-belief and develop capabilities to work towards their goals and thrive including practising English in a safe supportive environment.
