The funding will be used to enable the organisation to establish the infrastructure in their new Southend hub increasing staff and volunteer resource and employing an ESOL teacher to meet growing demand. The organisation's activities aim to support families to gain the tools needed for successful lives in the UK utilising friendship groups (40 currently attend weekly) and ESOL classes (25 currently attend weekly) and empowering people to overcome difficulties to lead happy and productive lives actively within their local community.
