The funding will be used to deliver nutrition sessions for adults with children who have struggled during lockdown to create a routine to feed themselves or their children well or developed bad eating habits. The project aims to give parents and carers the confidence and ability to feed their families help them regain the normality and structure that has been lost due to the pandemic and reduce stress and anxiety.
