The funding will be used to distribute hot meals to vulnerable families predominantly from Black Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) communities who may be isolated or discriminated against and be experiencing unemployment language and financial difficulties during the pandemic. Additionally funding will be used to rent a larger building over the next six months to allow preparation and distribution of the hot meals. There will also be one to one virtual mentoring peer support and group workshops being delivered to help with emotional and mental health needs.
