The project will use its funding to purchase a new 30 square-metre building for the site which will provide workshop and teaching facilities furniture and associated groundwork costs. The group has identified that they need extra space for their learning-disabled service users and the support staff in order to meet social distancing requirements as well as providing shelter in rain or cold weather. The space will be a new social and working area where service users and can be used as a workshop a facility for teaching horticultural skills and well as using it as canteen facility and changing room to learn life skills and hobby craft.
