Special Needs and Parents (SNAP) supports families carers children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities across Essex. The funding will be used to cover core costs and help the project meet the increase in demand due to the pandemic. The project is offering specialist parents talks on zoom on a variety of topics from toileting to returning to school. Activity sessions and groups are being live-streamed including music therapy drama and yoga classes giving children and young people a change to see their friends and family and carers an opportunity to catch up.
