The funding will be used to provide essential remote support for vulnerable and isolated people who experience Multiple Sclerosis and have complex health needs and now need to self isolate. The small team of staff will provide a range of support including regular telephone and online contact assess mental and physical wellbeing arrange social care give benefits advice record essential needs as part of continuity of care signpost to other voluntary support in their communities run appropriate exercise sessions via social media and run a closed Facebook group to enable people to support each other.
