The project is using funding to run a weekly youth group in Lewisham for autistic teenagers from South East London. The project is aimed at autistic teenagers who are beginning to develop independence skills and can attend without their parent/carers but find it difficult to access mainstream youth activities and are often isolated and effectively excluded from teen activities in their wider communities. The Teen Club offers autistic teenagers a safe supportive space for them to build relationships and socialise gain skills and have fun.
