The funding will be used to train ten people who have experience of mental health issues and long-term unemployment to deliver talks to local businesses to help raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma within the workplace. They will also provide participants with one to one and group supervision to enable them to share their stories tips and strategies around mental health to improve their confidence and skills towards employment.
