The group will use the funding to offer isolated people, predominantly those who are working to address substance misuse issues, with opportunities to come together to grow, learn about and cook fresh food. The funding will also provide opportunities for individuals to take up peer mentoring roles, helping people to improve their health, wellbeing, self-esteem and social skills.
