This social impact bond aims to improve outcomes for children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours by reducing rates of full-time residential care entry. This five-year SIB aims to improve the lives of 13 children aged 8-13 in Bradford, using a service based on positive behaviour support. Bradford District Council and three local clinical commissioning groups aim to generate up to £2.5million savings. The SIB will launch with £0.5m social investment capital.
