The funding will be used to produce information booklets and a newsletter about Fetal Anti Convulsant Syndrome, a condition that arises from anti convulsion medication being taken during pregnancy. The syndrome can result in children being affected with learning and/or physical disabilities. The project aims to educate people and raise awareness within the public and health services, enabling those affected by this rare condition to find help, support and advice.
