The funding will be used to run a series of pop-up community restaurants, providing an opportunity for adults, and men in particular, who are unemployed to gain new cookery skills and work experience in a restaurant environment. The project aims to help people to obtain qualifications, improve their future employability and boost their confidence and self-esteem.
