The grant will allow the organisation to focus on vulnerable young adults aged 16-25, who have suffered from sexual, physical, emotional or verbal abuse, homelessness and estrangement from families. It will allow the organisation to develop a mentoring service for young people suffring from loneliness and isolation, mental health problems and drug misuse and those who are leaving care.
