Kent County Council will build a floodlit, full sized, 'third generation' synthetic turf pitch at the school. Sports to be accommodated will be 11-a-side and five-a-side football, rugby training, cricket training, athletics training and general PE. The facility will be available to the College for 42.5 hours per week and beneficiaries will be the 1700 College pupils, 3800 pupil visits from partner schools and an estimated 10,300 community visitors per year.
