The aim of this new project, led by Wealden Citizens Advice (WCA), will enable the partnership to increase channels of advice through the creation of three hubs, in Wealdon. The 15 partner organisations will offer telephone and face to face advice but they will also develop the use of Skype and email alongside these methods, to reach more clients. Early intervention services will also be provided through budgeting sessions, pre-tenancy workshops and "drop in", ask the expert sessions.
