Hafal will provide an early intervention service across South East Wales for 600 young people aged 14-25 experiencing or at risk of psychosis The service will provide them with a tailored recovery plan involving access to work experience, training, Duke of Edinburgh Scheme, volunteer peer support or a wellbeing programme to increase their confidence and skills during transition. A sibling support network will provide support to an additional 300 young people whose brothers/sisters suffer from psychosis.
