This is a new project that aims to reduce the reoffending rates of female prisoners. The project is an eight week programme to help prisoners understand emotions behind their offending behaviour. The sessions explore childhood development and feelings developed throughout teenage years such as self-esteem or feelings of worthlessness. It moves into adult expectations and aspirations and helps participants set goals and boundaries leading them into forming a positive future life plan.
