Live Music Now! SW has been awarded £361,121 for a three-year research project, based in South West England, exploring whether music could be used in the youth justice system to reduce re-offending and improve the health of young offenders. Music is already used in many other health areas to encourage people to be more creative and follow a more positive path in life. The University of the West of England will be a research partner and it will benefit over 120 paticipants across six youth just facilities.
