The Development and Expansion of Home-Start Tameside - Prosiect

This project provides support to families across Tameside who have at least one child under the age of five and are experiencing difficulty or stress (for example through post natal depression, multiple births, disability, bereavement, social isolation and physical or mental illness). The overall aim is to intervene before a crisis breakdown point is reached and to provide the best possible start in life for the children. Volunteers will provide support to families in their own homes.
