This project provides support, advice and guidance to learning disabled young people aged between 14 and 16 on options after leaving special school. Workshops cover topics such as bullying, racism, sexual health, self-esteem, ecological issues, dealing with problems, further education, responsibility and youth worries. Beneficiaries create their own portfolios covering details such as their past, present and a plan for the future including job prospects, living arrangements and levels of independence.
