Led by Mansfield and District Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) plus 7 other advice and law agencies. The five-year project will improve accessibility to legal advice by establishing a coordinated legal advice network in Nottinghamshire. Clients will have their needs assessed through a gateway assessment on initial point of contact, and a referral process will be developed, making the best use of resources. The development of a virtual call centre will improve access for those in vulnerable groups.
