The grant will be used to continue the Counselling Older People with Addictions at Home project which will provide an alcohol and drugs treatment service specifically designed to support older people dealing with addictions and their families. The project, which is the only one of its type in Northern Ireland, will offer older people seeking support a unique home visit service and give them the choice of involving their families in their treatment.
