This project aims to increase the mental wellbeing, self-esteem and ability to emotionally connect of those who were abused as children. Interventions such as one-to-one counselling will be undertaken, using graphs, drawing, writing, dream work and metaphor. The project will also train more volunteers and get beneficiaries to a stage where they feel better able to undertake training and/or employment. Family members who are also affected will be supported and trained to cope and meet other families.
