Larne Community Care is using a £9,423 grant to provide a mentoring programme for young adults, aged 16-25, who have been highlighted as in significant need of support. The project builds positive support networks, tailored for young people in the area, to address barriers to positive well-being and provides skills on how to reach their potential while looking at issues such as poor physical and mental health, addiction and substance misuse, debt and anti-social behaviour.
