The funding will be used to continue and expand activities for socially isolated older adults and adults with learning or physical disabilities. The project seeks to support beneficiaries to build social networks and engage in stimulating activities in a safe space to improve physical and mental well-being, reduce social isolation and keep people at home within the community for longer, lightening the burden on carers. Funding will provide more specialised activities such as music and animal therapies.
