This project will support 1,600 men aged 25 - 64, with their emotional health and wellbeing. This will be delivered via one to one support, group physical activity and classroom-based workshops in a relaxed and friendly environment. Workshops will cover topics such as mental health, goal setting, mindfulness, personal health and stress management. The project will be publicised in spaces men of all ages might meet such as barber shops, mosques, churches and pubs, as well as through social media.
