The five-year project is supporting young people in Derry/Londonderry who are at risk of health issues, antisocial behaviour and unemployment. They received £499,819 to work with St Joseph's Boys' School and St Cecilia's College. The project is training 30 young people to be health champions who will use their skills and experiences to provide peer support to pupils in both schools. The project will organise workshops and support to families who are facing difficult issues.
